The course material you'll be learning is broken up into a series of courses, sections, lessons and media resources. For the most part, you'll click on the course tile below and play the video or audio lesson you see first and the progress to the next lesson by clicking "Mark Complete". This advances you to the next lesson and place a green check box next to the lesson or course you've completed so you can track your progress.
The Student Dashboard is also where you'll have access to all of your account settings or any private sessions you've booked with an instructor. You can track your course progress, see new courses that you've added and free materials that we'll periodically provide. Make sure to check back often!
